Homeowner claim file · Texas

Run your own insurance claim. Or we will.

$8 a month for your file. $199 flat if you want us on it. No cut of the check.

You should not need a roofer to prove your own roof.

A lot of free inspections only exist to sell a new roof. We document the loss and build a file, including when nothing is there. The insurance company reads the policy and writes any check. We do not need the roof job.

FAQ

Are you lawyers?+

No. Read About Claim Wolf on this page. That is the full picture.

What does it cost?+

$8 a month if you run the file. $199 once if we take the file. EagleView and Hover are paid on their sites if you need them.

Can insurance repay the fees?+

Ask your insurance company. Do not assume. Some policies may repay a reasonable cost. Rules vary. Read your policy first. That is not a promise they will pay it.

Do I still need a contractor?+

No. You can run this file without one. Hire a contractor when you want the work, and hand them the file when you are ready.
