Plain terms.

CLAIM WOLF LLC runs the homeowner claim file. Fees are listed before you pay. You own your file.

You confirm your email with a code before the claim file opens in your account. Each paid step is charged on Stripe's page. We do not keep the full number from a card.

Photos and papers stay on your account. We do not sell files.

Renewal. The Claim Wolf plan costs $8 USD a month and renews automatically every month, charged to the card you paid with, until you cancel.

Cancelling. You can cancel anytime by emailing us at claims@claimwolftx.com. Cancelling stops future charges. Your plan stays active through the end of the month you already paid for.

Refunds. We don't give refunds, including for partial months. If we charged you by mistake, for example twice for the same month, email us at claims@claimwolftx.com and we'll fix it.

After your plan ends. Your file becomes read-only. You can still sign in, view, and download everything you saved. We don't delete it unless you ask. Renew anytime to keep working on it.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, your plan stays active through the end of the month you paid for. After that, your file becomes read-only until you pay.
